 Travel: Travel is included for sessions within 20km or 50km of the Sutherland Shire, depending on the package you choose. For journeys beyond 50km, I’ll tailor a travel fee just for you—one that reflects the distance and care needed to bring your vision to life, wherever it may take us. 

Extra Time: If our session spills over into extra time—sometimes magic asks for a little more space—it’s charged at $50 per 30 minutes, billed in half-hour blocks. 

 Additional Images: I completely understand the joy of wanting more memories to hold onto—and I’m all for it! Each image is edited with care, which takes time, so if you find yourself wanting a little more, additional edited images can be purchased in bundles of 10, 20, 30, 40, or 50. Each extra image is $5, allowing you to choose what speaks to you most.  If you think you might fall in love with more moments than planned, let me know before our shoot—so I can capture a little extra magic, just for you. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Life can be unpredictable, and I truly understand that. If something urgent arises, I’m happy to reschedule—just let me know at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 8 weeks, unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before our session, unfortunately, mean the booking is forfeited and payments are non-refundable. Last-minute changes can’t  be filled, and as this is part of my livelihood, I kindly ask for your understanding.

If cancellations or reschedules happen more than once at short notice, I reserve the right to decline future bookings, with all fees retained. Let’s honour each other’s time and energy—it’s the foundation of beautiful, meaningful work together.

 Booking Details: To secure your chosen date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required—this will be applied toward your total package. The remaining balance is kindly due seven days before our session, allowing us to simply focus on creating magic together when the day arrives. 

 Turnaround Time: Your final images will be lovingly edited and delivered within 20 business days.( 4 weeks )  I always strive to share them with you sooner, but as I balance full-time work with life’s quiet moments, I truly appreciate your patience while I give each photo the care it deserves. 

 Weather: I’m always flexible when it comes to the weather—some of the most magical moments are born in a gentle drizzle. If you're happy to embrace the rain, so am I; soft showers can add a beautiful, cinematic touch. We can also shift to a sheltered location if needed. Of course, if you’d prefer to stay dry, we can chat about rescheduling. My goal is always to do everything I can to ensure our photoshoot goes ahead with ease, heart, and joy—whatever the skies may bring. 

 Editing Style: My editing style is the heart of my work—it’s what gives each image its soul and sense of story. Every photo is thoughtfully crafted to reflect the mood, emotion, and atmosphere of your day in a way that feels cohesive and true. I trust it’s this artistic lens that drew you to me, and for that reason, I stay true to it—to honour your moments with consistency, beauty, and intention. 

 Gift Vouchers: Absolutely—photoshoot vouchers are a beautiful way to gift memories. You can purchase a session as a present for someone special, and I’ll create a personalised digital voucher for you to share with them.
